1. Shipping Coverage

1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India to all major cities and remote locations.

Orders are delivered through our trusted courier partners.

1.2 International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees as per their country’s regulations.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Custom-made or energized crystal orders may take additional time.

2.2 Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (India): 3-7 business days.

Standard Shipping (International): 8-14 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays like weather conditions, courier issues, or customs processing.

4. Order Tracking

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

5.1 COD Availability

COD is available only for orders within India.

COD is not applicable for international orders.

5.2 COD Charges & Value Limit

COD orders incur a flat charge of ₹80.

COD is available for orders up to ₹7,000.

Orders above ₹7,000 must be prepaid.

5.3 COD Order Confirmation

All COD orders will be verified via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

If the customer does not confirm within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.

5.4 Refusal or Non-Acceptance of COD Orders

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from using the COD option in the future.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

6.1 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees per their country’s regulations.
6.2 Customs clearance delays may extend the delivery timeframe.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

7.1 Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, strikes, or customs processing.

7.2 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must report it within 48 hours.

We will coordinate with the courier, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

8.1 If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

Re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

No refunds will be issued for shipping fees.

Refund Policy

At World Of Oorja, every crystal, gemstone, and Rudraksha product is personally energized just for you after your order is placed. Due to this, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges and replacements under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Exchanges & Replacements

Exchange Window: Please request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, we cannot process exchanges due to the personalized nature of our products.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and materials.

Proof Required: We require photos/videos, including an unboxing video, to verify the condition of the product.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 to 48 hours by emailing support@worldofoorja.com or WhatsApp us. We will arrange a return pickup and promptly send a replacement.

Size Exchanges (Bracelets Only): If the correct size was ordered but the item does not fit, you may request an exchange. A return shipping fee of ₹280 applies, plus any applicable shipping fees for the replacement. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference after receiving the product.

Natural variations in color, texture, or size common to crystals and Rudraksha beads.

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality or function.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately after placement to ensure prompt delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. While we try to accommodate changes before shipment, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are rare and granted only in exceptional cases at our discretion. If approved, the following deductions apply:

Payment processing fees (~6%)

Shipping charges (both forward and return)

Making and energizing charges (10%)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

5. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

Packages lost in transit (a replacement will be sent instead).

Packages refused or canceled at delivery. Customers will be responsible for re-shipping charges if the package is returned to us.

Packages returned due to customer unavailability. Re-shipping charges apply if returned.

Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Customers must cover re-shipping fees if returned.

Products returned in used or damaged condition.

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.

To avoid these issues, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and be available to receive your order.

6. How to Request an Exchange

Visit the Exchange Portal on our website.

Enter your Order ID and contact details.

Select the reason for exchange and upload photos/videos for verification.

Submit your request and wait for approval.

Our Quality Control team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including return pickup and replacement shipment.
