Shipping Timelines
After payment confirmation, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days
(excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays
will be processed the next working day.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not
responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Rates & Expected Delivery Times
We dispatch all orders through trusted delivery partners. Shipping charges are
calculated at checkout based on the product weight, your location, and the delivery
option selected. Below is a general guide for expected delivery timelines:
● Same City: 1–2 business days
● Intercity (Within State): 2–3 business days
● Pan-India: 4–5 business days
● North India Region: 7–8 business days
● International Orders: 6–7 business days (subject to customs clearance and local delivery regulations)
Note: Shipping charges may vary based on your pin code and will be reflected at
checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS to
monitor the status of your shipment. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 24
hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact our support team. Order
updates may also be available via WhatsApp notifications.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship across India and select international destinations. For specific
country availability or bulk international orders, please reach out to our support team.
Shipping Issues
While we collaborate with reliable courier services, delays or issues can occasionally
occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the package has
been dispatched. However, if you encounter any issues such as missing or damaged
items, please contact us at customercare@yaanna.in immediately.
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and
provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will
arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per our return policy.
